Attached photos not loading

    When I recieve an email that clients have attached photos through Jotform, it says there is an error and they never load. Please let me know how to fix this as I need this information from clients!

    You will need to uncheck the option to login to access uploads from your Account settings page as explained here:

    This will let your clients access the uploads on the email.
