Madam, Sir,
We have received an email that says : the payment is not occurred.
In the ame time, we have received an invoice from Jotform which prove that the payment was done.
I tried to find th invoice history in UPR Info account, but I did not find it.
Could you confirm me that the paymrnt is validated?
