    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! Please note that the collection of banking info/ credit card details in plain text is strictly prohibited by our Terms of Use.

If you are hoping to process payments through your JotForm, you will need to utilize one of our payment processing integrations in order to do so- https://www.jotform.com/help/323-mastering-payment-form-integrations-with-jotform

Please reach back out with any additional questions, and have a great day!

    Hello,

Please share with us the details that will be asked in the debit authorization section so we can confirm if this is allowed or not.

Additionally, you can already authorize payment using any of our payment gateways. Please check this article to see if it meets your requirements.

We'll be waiting for your response.

I've received a response and was informed that you can collect banking information but not credit card details.

To collect this information, you may use the Short Text field for bank name and branch and the Number field for the account number.

    Here's a demo form: https://www.jotform.com/212103214654038

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,

Thank you very much, please note that Live Wire is a registered FSP with # 40374 so if we could collect the account details in a different format than plain text it would help like the credit card details that is blocked out.

We would then upload the Excell spreadsheet to our Insurance management system that is linked to our Debit Facility

Thank you if I use this option how can I bundle a few Short text fields to create a section (link line items that make up address) because I would then create conditions for options like
    Debit order
    EFT
    Credit card

You may use the Short text entry field on the form to collect the bank information as mentioned by my colleague above.

Could you clarify what hindrance is there in getting data in Shor text entry fields?

If this will not suit you, you can use a Configurable list widget where you have the option to bundle multiple text fields: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-how-to-set-up-the-configurable-list-widget

Ok thank you but I then think we need to take the conversation back to the start please.
I need to create 3 options with condition right so when you click on Debit order it needs to open 7 short text fields. Is this possible

    Hi there,

Thank you for the follow-up! This is certainly possible, and can be best accomplished using a "Show Multiple" condition. I created a very simple mock-up here to display this functionality- https://form.jotform.com/212105276444045

When you first open the form, all you will see is a yes/no question. Once you select "Yes," the banking details fields should automatically appear.

Please feel free to clone this form into your own account to get a closer look at the settings and conditions at work here- https://www.jotform.com/help/42-how-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-url

Please let us know if any additional adjustments are needed, or if any additional questions should arise, and myself or a member of our Team will be happy to assist you further.

    Thank you!
