i deleted an adobe sign field, but its not deleting on the live form:

in the last section under credit card authorization, the adobe field should NOT be there.

Hi there - Apologies for the inconvenience.
I tried deleting the adobe sign and cleared your form cache. It seems to work as I can no longer see the widget now.
Could you check the same on your end?

I also noticed that you're collecting credit card info on your form. Kindly be informed that it violates our Terms of Use and can cause suspension of your account.
Please use any of our supported Payment Processors to accept payments through your forms. You can also enable Payment Authorization if you wish to charge your customers at a later time.
