Email Caught in Bounce List

    Would you be able to check and see if this address is in your bounce list? It is a distribution list and no one on it receives an email, but other inboxes added as recipients do.

    Hi Peter,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support! I just checked our system, and was able to confirm that this email address is not on either our Bounce or Unsubscribe lists. Can you please try to delete, and then recreate this email notification, and let us know whether this issue persists?

    Hi Andrew,

    Thank you for confirming that for me! I made a brand new form with this email set as the only recipient and still did not receive the email. I do not see the email getting stuck in our proofpoint spam filter either.

    Thank you for the follow-up! I just checked your Account History, and the records found here, as well as those in our back end seem to indicate that these emails are being sent. You can verify your email history here - https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/history

    If you are still not receiving these emails when sent to your distribution list, please try whitelisting our domains and IP's to ensure that this email is not being filtered out - https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

    Sorry about that! I actually found out it was some mx issues on my end that was the issue. Sorry to take up your time! Thank you so much!
