Hi, is there a way for the "approve" button to point to a different URL than the Jotform inbox? We are going to use the Approval flow with users that don't have a Jotform account, and we would like for the "Approve" button to take them to a webpage in which we can set some sort of thank you message... would this be possible in any way? Thanks a lot.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redirect the approval buttons to an external page. The approvals must be handled via the JotForm Inbox page.

However, please note that it is not a requirement to have a JotForm account in order to provide approval. You can actually change this setting within the Approval settings. Under the General tab scroll down to the bottom and uncheck the Require login for approver option.

Here is a screenshot for reference:

Do note that by default this will be checked so it will require the login if it is not manually changed.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, we are always happy to help.
