How do I add the capability for people to use a code through the form?

    I integrated my stripe account into my form and it works well, however on my main stripe account I have a few products set to accept a coupon/promotional code. However that isn't transferring over to the jotform and I don't see a place to add it. How do I add the capability for people to use a code through the form? There isn't an option for that when adding an item.

    Hi rotnlab, thank you for reaching us.

    To enable acceptance of coupon/promotional code, you will need to configure these settings on your Product List instead. Kindly take a look at the following guide that detailed the steps and explanation for each configuration: How to Add Coupon Code to Payment Forms.

    If you wish to retrieve the code from Stripe, as far as I know, this feature is currently not possible in JotForm.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    When I go to the coupon tab there is no button to create a new coupon. It is completely blank. Also there is an option in Jott form to “fetch the coupon codes through stripe“ and I have that clicked yes but nothing happened.

    I checked your form and I was able to create a new coupon as you can see below

    I had to turn off the fetch coupon code from stripe in order to Be able to add coupons into my form. You can see by your video I had already added the coupons lol
