I had no intention of creating a new account. I was simply responding to your billing email below.
Please close the new account and apply the payment to the current account. Then get us back into the current account with our current forms. Bob Siegmann

It seems you have created a new account with the username Bob.Siegmann. There already exists another HIPAA compliant account with the name BobSiegmann.
If you are unable to log in using the username BobSiegmann. Have you tried logging into this account with the username? If you are still unable to log in with the username and the password then please reset the password of this account and then try to log in.

To clarify, your payment went thru successfully to your HIPAA Compliant account, BobSiegmann.
So this account is now on Silver Yearly.
Meanwhile, you have created a new account, Bob.Siegmann, and did not make any payments in here and there are also no forms.
