    Hi, I need to move archived entries to trash so they do not show up in phase two of reporting. I know I can restore after 30 days. What happens if I don't need to restore, but need to keep for auditing purposes? Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Submissions in the trash folder can no longer be restored if it's there for more than 30 days, submissions in the trash are automatically deleted if it's more than 30 days there.

    What happens if I don't need to restore, but need to keep for auditing purposes?

    Well, you can actually archive the submissions instead. OR you can export the submission to excel or CSV first prior to deleting it.
