Hello,
I would like to use the old system, and now every time I try to download submissions, I have to take an extra step and say I want to use the old system. The new system does not meet my needs bc I need to download PDFS. Could you please change whatever setting is necessary to keep me on the old system, so that I don't have to switch back to the old version every time I want to download forms?
Also, several forms are showing there are submissions when there are none there. Is there a way to fix this?Thank you,

If I understand your concern regarding the new version – now it is possible to download PDFs even in a new version:
To download the PDF of your submissions, please, follow these steps:
1. Go to your My Forms page.
2. Select the form with the submissions you want to download.
3. Click the Submissions button in the top toolbar.
4. Click the Download All button on the top right side of the page.
5. Choose your file format to begin the download process.
For both CSV and Excel, the download will automatically start. For PDF, a zip file will be created and sent to your primary email address. You’ll get the following message after clicking the PDF option:
It may take some time for the ZIP file to be created based on the number of submissions in your form.
