    How to setup this with Discord webhook? I've tried once but it didn't work.

    If you wish to integrate JotForm with Discord, there is a better way by using our Discord integration via Zapier. You will be able to:

    • Send form submissions to Discord
    • Post channel messages for each new form submission
    • Select a Discord channel for JotForm notifications
