Downloaded App Not Working

    Good Afternoon,

    I understand that you have done an update to your site. When I went into my app on my I phone 8 my app would not open. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it will not open. HELP!!

    Hi Brian,

    Updates on the website should not cause changes in the iPhone application.

    Are you running the 16.15 version of Jotform from the App store?

    I can only find Jotform 2.0.3 on the app store.
    Is there another site or can you send me the link.

    Hello Brian,

    V2.0.3 is the latest version of the app for iOS devices. Can you please try a different device once? Let us know if you face the problem in that device too.

    Also, about the problem; is the app not opening at all or is it giving an error?

    The App is not opening at all. I am able to open the site on my desktop ok.

    Tried it on my wife’s phone (Samsung galaxy ) worked fine.

    Boards state I phone 8 having problems downloading. Is your techs fixing this problem.

    Could you let us know the software version of your iPhone 8?
    Please also update to the latest software version, if you have not already.

    Hi again,

    I've asked a colleague of mine to check using his iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14 He encountered no issues at all with the app. He even removed then installed the app and still couldn't replicate the issue.

    Can you please remove and re-install the app, or try with a completely different iOS device?

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    I have updated my I phone 8 to software version 15.0.1 and the app has downloaded. Now I am having a problem accessing my account. I will try and work through this.

    I too have constant problems with the app since the website update - every time I turn off my phone (which I do nightly) I have to reinstall Jotform the next day! Driving me nutts.
