Please elaborate on your inquiry further so we can be of help. Do you want to combine 2 forms into a single form? If so, that's not possible.
You may, however, use Field Manager to clone/move form fields from one to another. Click here to learn more.
By using Jotform Tables, you will be able to import other forms' submissions to another form Tables but please note that they will have their own respective tabs. See the screencast below:
We'll be waiting for your response.

Dear Billy, what we need to do is the following.
We have the 'main' form that collects applications from students. The have to specify in some fields (min 1 / max 3) the email addresses of the provider of reference letters.
We would like to have another form (ancillary form) to the mentioned providers of reference letters in the main form. This form should have the name of the applicant in it (which is a reply to 1 field in the main form). Ideally referees should be invited automatically once an applicant completes the main form.
Any idea/suggestion?
Best regards,
Nicola Coniglio

You can pass on form data from one form to another: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-how-to-automatically-pass-form-data-to-another-form/.
So once the first form is submitted, the second form can open with the required data passed on to it.
Would that help?
