Clone Form: Unable to directly clone from menu

    It is not letting me clone a form.

    I am trying to clone like I usually do and nothing is happening.

    Ok......I know how to clone forms. It's just not letting me! I click "clone" and nothing happens. there's a glitch or something.

    Could you kindly give us the link of the form you're trying to clone, to allow us to investigate further?

    It may have the Prevent Cloning functionality enabled, that keeps you from cloning it.

    I'm trying to clone all of them and I checked the setting and cloning is allowed.

    This is one of the forms I am trying to clone https://www.jotform.com/build/212906106963860

    but all of them are the same.

    I have cleared your form cache, just in case. 

    If this didn't help, as a workaround, could you try cloning it by using the URL? Please go to Create a Form, select Import and From a Webpage, then paste it into the field.

    Hi Hanne, it is still not wanting to clone the form. Even if I do it from a web page or from an existing form.

    Hello there,

    Upon testing, we can regularly clone your forms on our end.

    I also tried to clone the form through the Jotform account you're using on this thread Alejandra_cook, but the account has been successfully created.

    I'd suggest you to try logging in from a different browser or device, and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Eventually, we can temporarily clone the forms you need for you, just let us know which would you like to get cloned.
