I'm talking about in my Send Email shape, I'm sending the recipients to "support@{company}.zendesk.com,{real@email.com}.
It's sending the email to {real@email.com} but not to support@{company}.zendesk.com.
However, upon closer look, I saw inside my Zendesk that it did receive an email from Jotform but it flagged it as spam because it blocks incoming emails that contains noreply or no-reply variations. In the From part, I did see that it came from jotform@noreply.com. How can I change this?

You can change the sender email in the settings. Here's how:
edit the email notification and change the sender email:
Now, if you haven't set up a SENDER EMAIL yet, you can either add an EMAIL ADDRESS via the dropdown option or set up a SMTP sender email separately.
