Q2) Can I have several different forms feeding a common databasa i.e. there is different form per customer/company but the data needs to be correlated into a common database ?

To my understanding, you want to pass all data of your forms into one spreadsheet. Is that correct? If yes, unfortunately, that's not possible. You can integrate one spreadsheet per one form.
