For some reason, one of the selections on my form is not being sent.
It used to work, but now it doesn't.

when the user selects a class for full-day, then the full day dates are expanded
the date selected does not appear in the email i receive.

I have submitted your form using direct form URL and my test submission went through with the full date.
Also, I was not able to reproduce the problem on a cloned version of your form.
If you embedded the form to some page, the issue might be related to script conflicts between form and other scripts on the page. In this case, we can use an iFrame version of the form to avoid any conflicts.
