The submit button just says "please wait" and nothing happens when I test it out. Am I supposed to activate it somehow?

Thank you for contacting us. It must be cache issues, I cloned your form and cleared the cache, and it worked.
I have cleared your forms cache too, could you please try again?

I've cleared the cache within the site and with my browser and I'm still getting the same result. I also sent the form to a coworker and his also would not submit.

May we know if you have embedded the form somewhere? If so, please share with us the link to it and allow us to make test submissions to the form.
There we can try to replicate the issue you and your colleagues are having.
The cloned form doesn't show the said problem though. I was able to submit it with no issues:

Just to confirm, can we make a test submission to this form?
We would like to fill it out and submit then see if we'll be able to replicate the issue with your form.

Hello,
Could you please remove the encryption of your tables and enable it again?
I think the issue is coming from there.
