Request list of network endpoints of JotForm

    Good Day


    I trust you are well, I require a list of network endpoints to open up the JotForm Platform at our Ackermans Stores.


    Please send me the technical documents for this.

    Thanks for this, but I am not looking for API information, I am looking for network endpoints in order to whitelist your platform on our domain

    The screenshot below is what is being returned when I try opening forms.jotform.com

    Thank you but that is not what I need. Your platform uses external links for scripts, fonts , CDNs, styles ect. If I cannot define these endpoints, the network security will not allow me access to your platform.

    Can we set up a Zoom/Teams/Meet call, perhaps I can provide more context.

    Hi Michael_mellis.

    Since our IP addresses are dynamic and our infrastructure changes over time quickly, we are not able to provide a full list of domain/urls for you to white list.

    The domain seen on your screenshot(cdn.jotfor.ms) belongs to Jotform infrastructure and you can whitelist it. If you face other problems with whitelisting domains, you can check for them on the Network tab as you did before and add it to your list. Since you use Jotform to create your forms, those domains will be trusted and secure.
