Forms not going through on email

    Hi,

    For some reason when I am sending forms through email, they are not going to the recipient. I have checked the email address and have even tried to send them to myself and they are not going through.

    I am using the email option.

    Please help, I need to send out these forms!

    To clarify further, are you sending out the forms via this Invite by email option?

    Could you please confirm if you are using this feature to share the link?

    Another way to share the form link is via the direct link of the form.

    Hi,

    Yes I've been trying to use the invite by email option and a I've also tried the share on email ( which is what I normally use)

    I've been testing sending a form to my email and I'm not receiving anything from jotforn in my in box.

    From the server logs, we have found that the email was sent to your email address amandacaudill66@gmail.com.

    Could you please check if Jotform is blocked on your end? Also, check the spam emails.
