How can I hide a form?

I have created a JotForm under our company profile, the content of the responses is strictly confidential, and I would like to avoid others seeing the answers. I was able to direct the responses to my email only, instead of the group email that we usually have, but since more people have access to the portal I'm wondering if can I hide that specifically from the portal?

Could you please give us more details about what you mean by the "more people have access to the portal"? Do you mean that several people have access to your JotForm account?

If that is the case, I'm afraid it is not currently possible to hide a specific within your account. Your subscription is only allowed to have only one user. If you have shared your login access, all the forms and data will be available to the other users.

You may, however, export the form submissions and delete them on your submission Table.
