PayPal Integration: The form is displaying "3D Authentication hasn't confirmed: error

    I set up a fundraising sale for our non-profit. Previously I had several issues with Square. Then saw it worked better using our paypal account. After 2 or 3 sales, people started to receive a "This is 1 error on this page. Please correct it before moving on" - "3D Authentication hasnt confirmed".

    People are contacting me with this message. Screen shot below. ANY help? Could use help quickly as this is happening LIVE.

    Are you getting this error for all the users or with any specific user?

    Do you get the "3D Authentication hasn't confirmed" error on the form?

    The error appears to be related to the 3D secure authentication. If the card is enrolled for the 3D security, the customer is supposed to be prompted by their card issuing bank to complete an additional verification step to authenticate/confirm the payment. So the payment will not be processed if not confirmed.

    Thanks for your reply. I am getting them for all users. However, one of the users that initially sent in a note said it worked for her on the 5th attempt. There seems to be an inconsistency here .

    The 3D Authentication is a security measure implemented from credit cards issuers to prevent abuses and illegitimate purchases with stolen credit card numbers:

    Are they getting the message on the PayPal checkout page? Would it be possible for you to attach a screenshot here on the thread, showing the message they receive?
