I'm getting a message saying I've reached my upload space limit. This is a new account with only one form and only 19 submissions.

I have checked your account and it shows that you have exceeded your 100MB of upload space.

Hello,
According to the video, if I delete submissions, it should free up storage space. I have saved all of the information and deleted submissions, but it still giving me the error message and people can not submit new forms.
Is there anyway to solve this issue, now that I have deleted all of the old forms?

You have to empty your trash folder to free up space.

I did what I was told to do, I permanently deleted all of the old submissions, but the form is still not working.
