Help with submissions / reports

I have an order system setup using jotform. But the products have different sizes. How do I get the size ordered to show up in my submissions or reports. Right now it only shows the main item. It doesn't show the size of that item they ordered.

Here is the link. I want to know what size turkey each customer ordered by looking at the report. As of now, I have to go into submissions and click each order to find out what they want. I ultimately want to know how many turkeys of each size I need for the holiday.

Hi there,

When a submission is made to your form you are provided with all the details through the Submissions data in Tables and in your Notification Email. We use the Report Builder to give a more visual approach to the data in our forms, by using different styles, colors, and schemes. Because of the predefined styles we use when creating our report, some data cannot be shown in a creative visual style.

A solution to your request can be done by implementing the Grid Element into your report. The Grid Element enables the fields from the Submissions data Tables to be presented. You can choose which field to be presented on the Grid Element in your report, so you can have the additional information you need in your report.

Thanks for response. That is closer to what I am looking for. I added the grid, but still in need of a product breakdown to aid with my sorting and ordering.

If I export the grid to exel or a different format will it break down the products by size class?

I still need more of a summary field for different sizes within the products. The grid still seems to fall short of giving me what I am looking for.
