Approval system

Hi,

Is there a process in Jotform where a form is first completed by person 1, this form is then automatically submitted to person 2 for approval and marking before it is forwarded to person 3.

Eg we are using jotform as an assessment form for online assessment (person 1 completes). The assessment is then sent to the trainer(using the jotform conditions)(person 2). Ideally we now want the trainer to correct/mark this form before it is submitted to our central administrator(person 3)

Yes, this is possible. You can review the SURVEY TEMPLATES and find a form that best suits your operation.

If you have a Jotform Enterprise account, you can add sub-users to your account to facilitate the different tiers of assessment.

Alternatively, you can also invite people to collaborate in editing.
