    How can I add multiple accounts for different client forms and integrate with the different Mailchimp accounts.

    I need to embed different contact forms in to different client Wordpress websites

    this seems to be a single company thing

    Unfortunately, you can't have any additional accounts on regular plans. This can be done only on Enterprise accounts:

    You can integrate one Mailchimp account per form. You can add as many accounts as you need.
