socialmediaspotlightAsked on November 8, 2021 at 12:14 AM
Hi,
I followed the steps on how to test the Paypal payment on the sandbox. However, I had problems when I went to the payment settings wand on Jotform. I couldn't put the username, password and signature. Can you please show me via video how to do this properly?
Also, on the invoice, I don't want my home address showing. How to fix this? Please let me know asap. Thanks!

I put the sandbox email and password. That worked.
But when I test it for payment it asks for my email and password there's an error. Please tell me how to fix this?

Hello,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I also test sandbox mode on my PayPal form, but so far I was not able to reproduce the same issue you described.
Do take note that sandbox mode requires a different account. Your PayPal live account will not work on the sandbox/test mode connection. Perhaps this was the reason it will not connect when you test.
You need to secure a PayPal Sandbox Test Account first. To do that, log in to https://developer.paypal.com/
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I was able to figure it out. I think you should do a full video on how this process works. As I had to do trial and error to get the sandbox working.
