Emails generated from answers submitted

We have patients who may need information based on their responses.

For example if a female answers that she is on birth control we would like them to be sent an alert regarding if they take an antibiotic the birth control will not be effective.

If they answer yes to other questions there may be more information we would like them to read.

Can Jotform produce a SINGLE pdf or email to be sent when they submit the form?

I don't want them to have 3-4 emails from us - it would be annoying.
