How to Create Unique URL for Team Members

Hi,

I want to know how we can create unique URL for each team mates of single form. so we can identify that who's link were used to fill that form.

I know we have Unique ID Option but that is not workable here.

I also know about refferal module but this also won't work for us..

all we want is that customer shouldn't know about this but we can identify that who's efforts are behind of any received forms.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to do this using the assign form feature yet.

I can offer you a workaround while our developer team works on this request: Your teammates can clone your form and use the cloned form to gather submissions on their own accounts.

That way you can keep track of which teammates form your customers filled out. Your customers won't know about the cloned form.
