I having all sorts of issues, deleted fields still appearing in form, Run Wizard message at top, Page break not working

Could you please elaborate on the problems you're having? I don't see anything that says please run wizard on your form and the page break seems to be working fine. You have it added before this last question and it shows up on another page for me. If you could provide screenshots of the problems as well it might help our understanding of the issue.

The clearing of cache seems to have cleared up the problem. But I still have the message of

"Please run wizard" at the top of the page

There is an empty field below captcha that you need to delete from the form builder to solve the issue.

I removed it using a cloned form and the message ""Please run wizard" disappeared.
