My client has asked for form access by email

    However when I first trialled the product, a friend completed and submitted my test form from their mobile without access.

    Why do clients now require access before they can complete and submit their forms?

    Are you referring to the following form?

    It is currently private. This is why it requires access so they can fill it. To change the form access settings kindly check the guide below.

    Also when you invite users using the "Invite By Email" option then they will need a Jotform account in order to fill out the form.
