Selecting more then one drop down on product lists

Hi, I'll attach a screenshot so any helpers can try understand as I'm new and still not clear on terminology.

On the products listings, I've created products but then kind of subbed from each one the different portion sizes/varieties and obviously detailed prices alongside however, my question is this... what if my form filler/orderee required a small and a large, or as per the attachment a pack of one thing and then also a pack of another.

I've cut corners thinking the form is self explaining to customers. Is there a way to maybe check box each or do I have to list each and every product and its size or variety singularly? I am really hoping not... this has already been time consuming

    Hello Winklesseafood,

You can apply Sub Products and Special Pricing feature to all the combinations of product options and subscriptions on the form.
