NLGS Vendor Registration Form Stripe issues

    Hey Support,

    I'm having an issue connecting my client's stripe account to the payment widget. I'm an authorized user on her account, but whenever I connect my account it only shows 2 available dashboards, and neither are hers. When she tries to connect her account we get an error.

    I couldn't find anything in the help docs regarding this. Please help.

    Hi,

    Can you please attempt opening the form in incognito mode to make sure that your account is logged out of stripe and attempt to connect to the payment method after that?

    Thanks Basil, but that's not possible to be the solution. My client was added as a collaborator and she is in a different state than me, different office. I don't have direct access to her Stripe account. I've logged out, removed the payment, rebuilt it, changed to Square and back, with no resolve. It's definitely a bigger issue.

    Hi,

    Collaborators can only edit the form but cannot integrate.
    Guide: Understanding Form Collaboration

    You might want to consider Enterprise plan. Sub-users on this plan are able to edit the form as form owners.
