The required conditions are not working

I'm having a difficult time with my form. When I check it, the pages I want required, show up. When I send it they are not required.

I cloned your form to test the issue at my end and as a result, I was unable to replicate it. Please have a look at the screenshot below. The condition is set to require questions: Policies, Liability & Policy Waiver (Sign) and Covid-19 Waiver. These three questions do come up when the form filler fills out the question What is your name?

Thank you for following up.

If you leave the name empty when testing, the fields would not be marked as required. Additionally, as you have marked them as required individually, and then again in the condition, there might be a conflict.

I would advise removing the condition and instead making sure the fields are required in the field properties.

Additionally, I have cleared your form cache, just in case.
