Please help with form creation. I can't even start a form

Firstly, I saw that you deleted your account. Because you need an active account to create forms, I re-activated your account.

On Jotform, powerful forms can be created by using drag and drop easily. Also, forms can be designed with 10.000+ templates we provide. To do this, please follow these steps:

• Click My Forms on the top menu.
• Click the Create Form button.
• Select the option you wish.
• And start to create your form.
