Susan_BowenAsked on November 18, 2021 at 7:20 PMeverytime I change the text for the multiple choice options and then click to add something new ... the Type option 1 and Type option 2 pop back in! yikes
Is this part of the glitch?
I replaced Type option 1 and 2 with Yes and No and then i choose to add another field and the Type options came back...not normal I hope? Can you let me know if this glitch will take long to fix? I have been at this all day. Rather wait till its fixed if it will be in day or two.

Hi,
We can escalate this ticket. Before that, do you want to remove it and replace it with a new Fill in the Blank field and see if the issue still persists? Or wait for our developers to fix the issue?
We'll wait for your response.

OMG phew! My bad as that was just stupid on my part. Yesterday I didn't have to login as I think I had never closed down the evening before. Sorry.
I will experiment this morning and get back to you .

One easy question. After I get done editing the form and want to save... do I do this by selecting Publish?

Hi again,
Are you perhaps using source code to embed the form on your website? Changes do not reflect on the source code. Please use iFrame instead.

Also, where's your form embedded?

You don't need to do anything. We have an auto-save feature on the Form Builder. You can also do that by going to the Publish page and clicking the Open the form in a new tab.
Here's a screencast that you can check and follow:
To avoid confusion, I also recommend creating a new ticket if you have a new issue/question. To create a new ticket, please open this link: https://www.jotform.com/contact/
