I am not getting submissions to my email once someone submits the form. I've gone into form again and edited the email field (deleted it out and resubmitted it in the notifications section per a suggestion from someone else) but that still didn't work. The email is not in my SPAM/JUNK folder either.
The forms show up on APP or if I login to my account but not to my email.
Is there another workaround or suggestion for this type of issue?

I'm seeing from the email log that your most recent submission was sent. If you're not receiving them I would try the suggestions here https://www.jotform.com/help/364-why-am-i-not-receiving-email-notifications/.
