    When do I pay (credit card) ? When will I see the product ?

    I sent in a photo of the door VIN tag. Vehicle was in a pretty severe accident and the door VIN needs to be replaced. Am I in contact with the correct business?

    Did you get (see) the photo of the VIN tag I sent ????? Your response seemed to

    indicate that I needed to contact FORD to solve my problem. Is that true?
