Hi can I add a payment mechanism to this, Responder fills up data, makes the requisite payment, data is filled into PDF document and emailed to Responder.

If I understand correctly, you want to send payment invoice/receipt to the form responder after making submission payments using the form. You can achieve this by creating the payment invoice in the PDF Editor.
