    Good morning.

I have a couple of questions regarding the app functionality...

I was curious if you could tell me if the jotform app has the capability to be working on multiple forms simultaneously?

I am also curious if i have a form set up to be redirected if a condition is met, how do I get that form to open up in the app and not in the browser?

    Thank you so much

You can add multiple forms in the app however, once the user selects the form they are redirected to that form to be filled.

Once the form is submitted, the user can go back to the app to fill the 2nd form.

The forms opened is still under the app.

Here is my sample app you can try :https://app.jotform.com/213204437214949

Let us know if you have further questions.

    1. Ok so the answer is "NO" to working on multiple form simultaneously? I do understand that they can submit and fill out another form but i am asking about at the same exact moment they have form1 open can they also have from2 open?
    2. as for the redirected form.. ours opens from the browser and not the web. how do i have it open in the app and not the browser?

    Hello, Jeremy!

    1. In this case, I would suggest using the Iframe Embed widget to contain the other forms within the main form. You can refer to this similar thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/800924-Can-I-have-multiple-forms-within-1-form-using-the-drop-downs.
    2. Currently, such a feature is not available. However, I've successfully escalated this as a feature request to our developers. Also, please note that we can not provide you with when or if this will be implemented. If there is any update, we will inform you via this support ticket. Your understanding is most appreciated.

    Thank you!

I am unable to review anything about the Iframe Embed widget. I am getting the error below. Would this widget allow me to have 4 froms of "Form1" open at a time and submitting them each as their own record? The situation we have is we have one inspector that inspects several different lines. They need to have a "Form1" open for each line and working on those inspections. My example before was the wrong example to give you.

    the example is:

1 inspector is working from the app and inspecting 4 different lines

Each line requires its own inspection to be completed

Can you have the same from open at the same exact time and inputting information into those?

    Hi there,

Yes, you can add four iFrame Embed Widgets to be able to access 4 different forms simultaneously in just one master form. Please use this link instead for more information about IFrame Embed Widget https://www.jotform.com/widgets/iframe-embed.

Also please refer to this thread, as my colleague suggested for instructions in using iFrame Embed widget.

Let us know is you have additional questions. Thank you!

    Regards,
