Uploaded JPG not viewable

    For some reason we're no longer able to view the JPG files that get uploaded to the jotform. We get a 404 and a note that says:

    Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry.

    I'm wondering if there is a simple fix to this?

    We haven't had this problem before, it just recently started.

    The issue could be related to your account privacy setting, which requires you to be logged in to Jotform account to access uploaded files. I would suggest you to please uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy from your account setting page and see if that solves your problem.
