How to book multiple days using Appointment field

Please point me in the right direction

I have 4 Projectors that the staff book out. I looked at the Appointment Element but it wont do because a projector can be booked out for 5 days - from date start to date end.

If a User1 selects ProjectorA from the dropdown list and submits the form, ProjectorA will be greyed out in the drop downlist, so User2 cannot select it until after the end date when it can again be selected.
