Duplicating Form with the Salesforce Integration

    Hello,

I spent a lot of time mapping a new form to my salesforce account but noticed I needed multiple copies of the same form. When duplicating the form the salesforce integration does not copy over. In theory, I understand that this might be a little complicated, but wanted to know if there was a possibility to do so? I do not want to link 20 fields again multiple times every time I need to duplicate the form.

    Any insight?

    Hello Dragana,

Let me rephrase the issue. I want to duplicate one of my forms that is already integrated in setting with salesforce. When I duplicate the form in Jotform, the salesforce integration does not copy over with the new form copy. I have to set the integration up all over. Why does cloning the form not also clone the integration?

    Hi,

    Apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Can you please share the form so we can have a look into the issue in a better way?

Why does cloning the form not also clone the integration?

When we clone the form the integration setup won't get cloned for security purposes. You have to do it manually each time.

    I hope this makes sense.
