Good morning!
I have just created a form and it will not sent through the multiple choice selected answers. It comes up empty as per attachment.

Could you please try deleting the existing notification email and try adding a new one?

It is still not working.
The question doesn't pulls through from the created form to submitting.
It is showing also in that view "ask questions" while the question is
filled out?

Hi,
As per checking, it appears that you still haven't created a new Notification email. Please try deleting the existing notification email and try adding a new one.
I have cloned your form and made the changes, and I was able to see the responses in the email notification:
