my form is missing options for all of my tabs, these were there two days ago. Can we reset my form to those settings? Also my clone is the original form before I added over 200 options.

Under my product list I had options and quantities for each of the categories and now they are all gone, leaving only the product categories and no options

The graphics are also gone for these categories.
