    I sell cookies and was wondering when I export my order forms over into the excel spreadsheet if there is a way of having all of the products listed individually in their own column so that it's better to sort through all of my orders. Currently I have it where all of the products are listed in 1 column and one after another and it's hard to Sort them

    Hello,

    It is possible to export your submissions as Excel files. To export your submission as Excel file, please refer to the following guide: How to Export Form Data to Excel

    Yes I know this but if you have say 10 different products you're selling and someone orders 5. It shows them all in one column. Wondering if each product can be listed in its own individual column so you can more easily track what customer buy

    Greetings,

    The products in the product list are always listed in one column in the submissions. Unfortunately, they can not be separated as they are linked to the payment integration.

    I'm creating a feature request for your requirement. We the feature is accepted and implemented then we will give you an update on this ticket.

    Thanks

    That would be awesome because I used to use Google forms and this is how their excel spreadsheet would export, but I switched over to jotforms because you have alot of other options they don't have and I just really need that separation of the products to keep it more organized. Thanks!

    @reba21079

    Thank you for following up.

    We understand, and the escalation has already been submitted. In the meantime, perhaps this guide on separating one column into several with excel may be helpful to you.

    We appreciate your patience!

    Hi there I was checking to see if there was any new developments with this issue. I'm getting ready to export my Valentines Preorder cookies and tried doing it with the input above and was unable to split it to columns that way. It's just difficult to see exactly what everyones order was in just the one column box. Thanks for your help

    @reba21079

    Thank you for following up.

    We have not had any updates regarding the possible implementation of this feature yet. We cannot say when or if this will be achieved, as it will depend on workloads and development cycles.

    As soon as we have any updates, you will be notified here.

    Have their been any updates to this questions that I asked almost 1 year ago? Really would like to be able to have all products listed in their own column vs having to do it on my own

    Hi Rebecca,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don’t have an update yet. I know that it’s taking some time to have this feature request and that is very important in creating your forms. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

    Since it's already escalated to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    We appreciate your patience and understanding on this.

    In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.
