    Hi,

Im having a problem in this form:

    https://www.jotform.com/build/213332804970655

I've set some "Hiding page" rules but they are not hiding the pages.

Can you help me or explain me what Im doing wrong?

    Thank you!

    Patricio

    Thank you for reaching support,

Instead of Hiding pages, can you use Skip to Page instead, https://www.jotform.com/help/350-how-to-skip-pages-using-conditional-logic/.

This is to prevent conflicts where one condition hides the page and another does not.

Here is the related guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/350-how-to-skip-pages-using-conditional-logic/.

    Awaiting your response.

    Best.

Unfortunatly, that is not a solution for this.

If you see the rules that are seted, you´ll see that I need to jump form pages where is only a paragraph (so I cannot use a conditional there on that page to jump to other page).

    Hello,

Apologies for the wait, After checking your forms you have multiple hide page conditions that are conflicting with each other. The best way to achieve your conditions is instead of using hide pages is to use the skip condition. But since that won't work with you, another setup would be using the hide/show field condition. Can you please give that a try and let us know how it goes?

    Looking forward to your reply.

MMmm you mean hiding all the fields and navigating in all the pages?

    That is wierd.

    Hi,

Here is the reason why your pages are not being hidden as you would expect:

    1638377012 61a7a634a1620 Screenshot 10

As you can see, both 'Namecheap' and 'Digital Ocean' are set to hide page 3 and page 5.

In other words, if you select 'Namecheap', page 3 and page 5 will not be hidden simply because the 2 conditions associated with 'Digital Ocean' are not being fulfilled and vice-versa.

Here is my cloned version: https://support.jotform.com/build/213344811740954/settings/conditions

Please note that page 3 and page 5 will be hidden as expected once you disable the two conditions associated with 'Digital Ocean' in my screenshot.
