My forms emails and check-in sheets are disappearing

My jot forms are showing up in my emails for a day or so then they disappear... I have no idea why....I see my check-in sheets come in on sunday and monday and now they are gone and are not there.???? any ideas why? Im not deleting them. Its been happening all November???? cant figure it out. Help please

My Jotform is set up like that. it comes in my email and then it disappears a day or 2 later, without being deleted. thats the issue, not that im not getting them.
