Need to change name of URL

    Hello

    I used a template to create a form. I've changed the title of the form but when I go to share it it still shows the other organizations title. How do I fix that?

    Changing the Title of the form will not do anything on the URL of the form. it will only change the title of the tab when you open the form

    For changing the URL of a specific form, you just need to edit the actual URL of the form on Form Settings.
