Upon checking your web page, I found that you are using your form's source code to embed your form. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and that should solve your problem.

Please follow the steps of the following guide "Adding Forms to WordPress" and only change you need to make is to copy the iFrame embed code without the script code instead of the "Wordpress" embed code, Please check the screenshot below:

Please use the following iFrame code to embed your form and that should help you:

Another issue I realized that your account is over quota. Free account has 100 MB of upload space allocation and you have already utilized 806.57 MB.

You should upgrade your account or delete the submission which has file attached.
